These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ZC555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the services available at zc555.cam ("the Website" or "the Platform").

ZC555 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform. Our services include, but are not limited to, cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino, slots, table games and esports betting. These services are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on ZC555, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and use the ZC555 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the duration of your account's existence:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time. ZC555 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking legal capacity are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on ZC555. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited at the Platform's sole discretion.
• Personal Account: Your account must be opened and used solely by you. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Jurisdiction: You must confirm that accessing and using online gambling services is not prohibited under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. ZC555 does not warrant or guarantee the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through ZC555 or through any external responsible-gambling programme, at the time of registration.

When registering an account on ZC555, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.

ZC555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This is part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is a standard industry requirement. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Documents typically requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or photograph of the method used for deposits)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. ZC555 processes all KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

ZC555 supports various deposit methods. The familiar payment references cited on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or guaranteed availability. Users must verify available deposit methods in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified in the Platform cashier and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. ZC555 processes withdrawal requests after successful KYC verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and may be extended during periods of high volume or additional security review.

Currency: Account balances are denominated in the currency selected at registration. PKR-denominated accounts display balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees. Currency conversion fees may apply where relevant.

ZC555 offers promotional bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These general Terms apply in addition to any specific promotional terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible user, household, IP address and device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash except through the standard wagering-requirement withdrawal process.
• ZC555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where the Platform reasonably determines that a bonus has been abused, misused or exploited — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies or multi-accounting — it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before winnings associated with the bonus become withdrawable. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30× wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 150,000 in qualifying games.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While an active bonus is held on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or round. This limit is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet during a bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6.4 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). A full game-contribution table is available in the relevant promotion terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

ZC555 offers sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and T20 internationals), football, UFC, tennis, basketball and esports, as well as a full live casino, slots and table games. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming services:

• Odds and Markets: Odds are updated in real time and are subject to change prior to settlement. Odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted constitute the agreed odds for that wager.
• Bet Acceptance: ZC555 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed specified risk thresholds or arise from obvious pricing errors.
• Obvious Errors: Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — whether due to technical error, data-feed failure or human error — may be voided by ZC555. In such cases, stakes will be returned.
• In-Play Betting: Live/in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time risk management. Delays between actual events and data-feed updates are standard; ZC555 does not guarantee live-bet acceptance at all times.
• Casino Games: All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from licensed game providers. Published RTP figures reflect theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns for any individual session.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement. ZC555's records constitute the primary source of truth in any dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZC555 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously
• Using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated information during registration or KYC
• Collusion with other users to defraud ZC555 or gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any form of systematic advantage play that conflicts with the spirit of fair gaming
• Money laundering, fraud or any activity that contravenes applicable financial crime laws
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ZC555 staff or other users
• Attempting to access systems, databases or accounts other than your own registered account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from ZC555.

The ZC555 name, logo and all associated branding elements are the exclusive property of ZC555. Unauthorised use of any ZC555 trademark or branding is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZC555 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform
• Service interruptions, technical failures or errors caused by factors beyond ZC555's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures or third-party data-feed disruptions
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds or game outcomes displayed on the Platform
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZC555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.

ZC555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, ZC555 reserves the right to void any outstanding bonuses and associated winnings. Any genuine real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds) may be refunded at ZC555's discretion, subject to AML and fraud checks.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completed KYC verification.

ZC555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ZC555 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via on-site notification or email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed and operated. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact ZC555's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ZC555 is committed to resolving user disputes fairly, promptly and transparently.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body in the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. ZC555 does not accept submissions to Pakistani courts as the primary dispute resolution forum.
